Gideline About Remote Viewing Techniques
Have you ever wanted the chance to use your psychic ability or remote viewing techniques to see people and places using more than the normal five senses you already have? Remote viewing and psychic abilities are not out-of-body experiences, rather, they are a completely different way to take advantage of the power that you already have. It’s possible to see people, objects, and other things without being physically present but by simply using remote viewing techniques.
What Is Being A Remote Viewer, Really?
Many people mistakenly think that remote viewing techniques involve using the ability to be in two places at once or using some evil tool to achieve the end result of viewing another person, object, or place.
However, remote viewing training is harnessing a form of ESP and psychic mind abilities to see whatever you want. In essence, the object or people comes to you, not the other way around. All of this can be achieved through careful mental preparation of what you want to achieve.
Using Mind Power You Already Have
One of the most important concepts to grasp when you’re thinking about using your remote viewing capabilities is that you have an inherent, natural mind power that only needs to be tapped.
Did you know, for example, that experts have said that we only use about 10% of our brains’ capacity? That means that 90% is left unused, and that’s where you can access this incredible mind power you already have. Once you learn how to properly access and use the other 90%, you can then use remote viewing techniques to tap into this most amazing ability.
How to Use Remote Viewing
Your mind is vastly resourceful and has powers you don’t even know about, but how do you use them to tap into your remote viewing abilities? There are remote viewing techniques that you can utilize, such that you can begin to harness this most amazing ability.
First, learn how to relax. One good way to do this is to sit quietly, with your legs crossed, or lying on a bed comfortably. Where you situate yourself should be quiet and free of distraction.
In this quiet place, begin to do some deep breathing exercises, which will calm and relax you. Inhale and exhale deeply, pressing your tongue lightly to the roof of your mouth as you do so. Focus on breathing “in,” and then “out,” gradually clearing your mind of all thoughts.
Third, at least temporarily, suspend disbelief that you think you can’t do this. Even if you can’t permanently change your mind, give yourself a chance to succeed. It’s important that you have belief in order to be successful at doing this. BELIEVE that you can see people, objects and events that you are not in the physical presence of.
As a first exercise, practice by viewing your own body sitting or lying there as you do this exercise. Just for a moment, truly allow yourself to believe that you can see yourself lying or sitting as you are, relaxing. For example, you may find yourself above your supine body looking down, or you may be looking back over your own shoulder at yourself, sitting there, deeply relaxed. It’s important that you give yourself plenty of time to do this exercise and be successful at it, as it can be somewhat difficult to accomplish at first.
After you have successfully viewed your own body from outside yourself, try more difficult remote viewing techniques by trying to see and view familiar places and objects in your house or the building in which you’re located. Progressing from simple exercises to more difficult ones will help build up your belief reservoir when it comes time for advanced exercises.
These remote-viewing techniques can help you begin to harness this incredible ability you have, but that you may not yet use. Believe in yourself and your abilities, and you can use these remote big techniques to successfully establish yourself with this talent, so that you can use it when you need it.
