I agree with you completely – The main thing that has really helped me lower my blood pressure has been to exercise daily. Just to clear (I’m sorry, I’m a bit confused)… The thyroid problem will cause weight loss and the thyroid herbal med (supposedly prescribed by a doctor) will both help weight loss or will they produce a contrasting effect?
Anyway, I think this coincides with your other post regarding how the hormones will affect our weight. Thanks for enlightening us with the alternative side of weight loss maintenance…
