Electronic cigarette consumers often fall into only a couple of categories. They typically are either dedicated smokers who enjoy smoking as a social activity or they are those who have given up trying to quit because they have no interest in dealing with the stress involved in doing it. Quit smoking products already exist for those who want to stop smoking, but for those who do not to quit, electronic cigarettes are the only alternative available on the market that replicates the act of smoking.
