Thrombosed Exterior Piles Treatment
There are two sets of veins that draw out the blood from the lower rectum and anus ; these are the external and internal veins.
Internal vein- When vein becomes distended, it forms internal hemorrhoids. This type of condition, unless truly harsh, can’t be seen nor felt unlike external hemorrhoids.
External vein- Similarly, the external veins may swell to form external hemorrhoids. This kind of condition can be seen and felt outside the anus.
Hemorrhoids are thought to be common and certain to occur in up to 1/2 the population by age 50. This condition is usually associated with trots and straining during bowel movements and pregnancy. It is widely assumed that these conditions may result in increased pressure on the hemorrhoid veins, making them distended and agonizing. Liver illness might also increase the pressure in the veins and cause hemorrhoids.
The commonest symptom of internal hemorrhoids is pain-free bleeding. Bright red bloods on the exterior of stool, on the toilet tissue or dripping in the john are tell-tale signs that you could be suffering from internal hemorrhoids. Fortunately bleeding doesn’t last for long.
External hemorrhoids may form an extremely painful condition called thrombosed hemorrhoids. This occurs when blood clots occurs in a hemorrhoids vein. The vein becomes unpleasant and even more swollen. The pain is at its worst when sitting or with bowel movement. While there are known hemorrhoids cure, it’s best that you see a doctor first for exam and treatment.
Pile treatment will depend on the severity of the condition. Regularly treatment for this kind of condition could be done at home.
Hot Sitz Baths- A hot sitz bath is where the pelvic area is submerged in warm water. It’s a simple yet effective hemorrhoids treatment. A hot sitz bath lessens the pain and reduces swelling. It’s smart to do a sitz bath three times a day and after each bowel movement for 15 mins.
Dietary change- Eat more vegetable loaded in fiber, bran and drink lots of liquids to make stools softer and bulkier is also a good hemorrhoid treatment. Hard stools are known to contribute seriously to hemorrhoids.

One nice fiber that is simple to take is psyllium husk powder. I just add a teaspoon to 8 oz of water, mix it quick, drink it down before it thickens & follow it with another cup of water. Best to take it away from meals. This keeps things soft & moving along I relieves the pressure in the bathroom giving the sore area a chance to heal.
Thanks for the info.
