Human beings are designed to live life to the fullest. We cannot simply be satisfied living life as it is ” eat, sleep, work. We are made for something greater than these. You can actually live your life to fullest and be more satisfied, happy and healthy. In short, you can live the prosperous life, starting right now.

There is a saying that goes You are what you think. It means if the things that you allow to enter your mind are fearful and negative thoughts, that is simply what your life is going to be, full or fear and negative things. To change that, you should start being optimistic about life. Be more grateful and start counting your blessings. Sooner or later you will become a magnet for health, wealth and joy.

The food that we eat determines our health. If you want to live to see your children’s children, you must learn to choose the right food to eat. People who live in farms tend to have longer lives than those who live urbanize areas. That is because people in the farm have more access to fruits and vegetables while city people tend to go for processed food. As much as possible avoid junk food and switch to healthy eating.

People who get enough sleep during the night are found to be more productive in work or in school. They tend to have healthier skin and body than those who only mange to get 4 to 5 hours of sleep every day. My point? Get as much rest as your body needs and you will feel better about yourself. You’ll be more efficient too in everything that you do.

Aside from sleeping, exercise is another gift that makes us feel good and strong. People who exercise regularly have a lower risk for cardiovascular diseases. Instead of sitting on the couch all day long, you can perform a simple exercise as walking and see your health improving.

Finally, discover your vocation. Find out what you were made for. An activity that makes you feel alive every time you do it is called a passion. You get bored easily because you probably work only for the sake of working. If your heart is not set on what you are doing you are just wasting your time. If you follow these simple steps, you’ll be healthier, livelier and happier in life.
