You would have to have been living under a rock for the last several decades t have not heard about the many seemingly miraculous abilities of aloe vera. Its lotion or cream uses are widely known to hundreds of millions of individuals the world over. Still, most people are blissfully unaware of the real healing capabilities that the aloe plant can bestow – primarily when used in a juice form. Aloe juice has become the latest craze in the world of the truly health conscious, and it seems that each day brings a new awakening to the ancient truths surrounding this miraculous plant. And while you should certainly still feel comfortable utilizing your aloe vera cream for any scrapes, burns, and cuts that you might get, you should also be aware that you cannot experience the full range of aloe’s powers until it has become a staple of your nutritional supplement plan.

Plants are tasty too

The first thing you will probably have to do is get past the notion of drinking anything containing aloe. If you’re one of those people who have in the past managed to get a taste of aloe lotion, you no doubt remember it as something you wouldn’t care to experience again. Well, never fear, because even though both the lotion and aloe juice are derived from the same aloe gel, the juice manages to acquire a refreshingly enjoyable taste. Moreover, the aloe vera in juice form somehow encapsulates even more of the aloe plant’s many healing powers. All you need to do is drink several ounces of the aloe juice each day and you will experience a strengthened immune system, and a much enhanced sense of wellness and health.

Why aloe works

Aloe vera’s many benefits have their origins in the entirety of the plant’s composition. With a host of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, there is little reason to wonder why the aloe is now found in many places outside of its home continent of Africa. To get to the benefits, one need only crush the leaves of the aloe and collect the gel that escapes from the crushed plant. The gel is the source of all of aloe’s healing power, and it is this gel that is used as the base for every aloe product – whether lotion, cream, or aloe juice.

The many uses of aloe juice

It would be nearly impossible to cite every example of an aloe vera juice benefit here, as it can sometimes seem to be without end. In fact, there are not only scientifically proven benefits of aloe juice consumption, but claimed benefits that have not yet even been studied. The combination of proven and anecdotal benefits is immense, to say the least. From body system detoxification to bloodstream cleansing, aloe’s effects are nigh legendary at this point. Moreover, just because it is in juice form doesn’t mean that you lose the topical effects – drinking it will still help to heal skin damage, cuts, and other ailments commonly treated by the lotion.

Aloe’s health properties extend to the treatment of ulcers, regulation of bowels, and even in the area of fat loss. Some have even reported it as being effective in treating the effects of skin cancers. Of course, this list just scratches the surface of aloe’s many benefits, as the vast majority of the evidence thus far remains anecdotal. Your best option to discover exactly how aloe juice can help you is to try it for yourself.
